I bought a run-down self-serve car wash. Here are the last three months.
Eight bays in the Midwest. I collect the cash on camera every week and put the spreadsheet on screen at the end of every month. The automatic bays hadn’t worked in about ten years when I took it over.

That’s me, and that’s one week of quarters. I collect it, I count it on camera, and at the end of every month the spreadsheet goes on screen. If the numbers below look good, it’s because that’s what the building does, not because I picked a good month.

The wash
I bought it run down. The automatic bays hadn’t worked in about ten years and the business the place was built for had moved on to the competition. I renovated it out of cash flow rather than all at once, which was slower and is the only reason it worked. It’s eight self-serve bays and one touchless automatic.
Learn to buy one
The teardown shows you what one wash makes. It doesn’t show you how to get one. The course covers finding them, reading a site before you spend money on it, underwriting the revenue against sources the seller doesn’t control, and getting a cash business financed.

One call a week. Bring a wash you’re actually looking at, we put it on the screen, and I react to it in front of everybody. Every call is recorded and archived. No DM support, questions get answered on the call.
